Removing paint from outer rim halves.

I have a chance to buy some custom Braid wheels. 17/11 and 17/9. The wheels are all black including the outer rim halves. I just want to keep the center barrel black. They are one piece wheels.

Any ideas on stripping the black or maybe someone knows a shop in Miami or Ft. Lauderdale that can do it for me.
