911 cowl panel/a pillar/window channel rust

Hello new member here. Wondering who has had to fix rust in the front window corners/dash/a pillar window channel of your 911? I’m having a hard time to get my head around the best way to go about it. The particular car has rusted through the a pillar, dash corner and the window channel is shot. I know there are atleast 3 joining metal pieces in this area. It’s hard to figure out the best way to go about it. Any pictures of the process you have done or Info would be amazing!

Thx 🙏🏽

Is there a good resource page or thread where I could get some opinions/advice on restoration shops? I have a '71 911E that deserves some love and I have no idea how to plan or tackle a project like that. I could piecemeal it out locally but that seems like the more complicated path. Any advice would be appreciated.
