Try an upholstery shop to make you the cut

Or mask the whole area and paint it with black upholstery paint.

Duplicolor vinyl and fabric.

Paint is cheap

If you don't like it you can always go upholstery route

Put a WTB add for the pieces.

Some pelicans buy the carpet set for other areas and have some left overs

I’ve used it, it works well but will make the rest of your interior look old and dirty.
