Where to find Guards Red/Indischrot in the US?
As the title says, where to find Guards Red/Indischrot in the US?
Is Glasurit 22 Line the one to use? Spies Hecker? Is there a US source for all the chemicals needed? Looking into either respraying the rear bumper or possibly the entire car depending on costs on an '87 911 with 964 bumpers and skirts after a rear-ending. Google search is failing me. TIA

I see your in Austin. google National coatings and supply. NCS has a paint store in Buda TX. that sells BASF Glasurit.
being red ( you will need the color code and not the color name ) you can take a piece of the car or the whole car to them and have them match the color. with glasurit I think there are 12 variances on the code 027. Paint costs are very high and not just the paint ( color ) but the hardeners , reducers and every thing is stupid expensive. if you have a problem with them not having glasurit 22 line you can contact NCS ( formally Paul Francis ) in west haven CT. 203 468 8126 ask for George they will ship. |
