Unhappy Epoxy Primer...Can I Sand it? Help

Just shot a coat of epoxy primer on my rear bumper. I have some runs. Can I sand it down even though it's "non sanding" epoxy primer? I'm using PPG DP50 and I'm planning on adding the filler over the primer just like Freddy Hernandez does but noticed today that it's non sanding primer. I'm confused.

Erik

DP primers can be sanded, just wait a little while it dries, and then re apply.
