Help!
How to remove the rear reflector to replace the rubber trim/seal below?

You actually just carefully pry the top of the reflector with a flat protective coated object (screwdriver covered with 100mph tape) between the plastic reflector and the metal, you won't be able to get all the way down to the clips. Just work carefully back and forth until all of the top clips are lose and the reflecter is about 3/8" away from the body on the top edge and then you should be able to pull the whole top free and rotate it down like a hinged tailgate which will free the bottom clips.
