Seat pan replacement Part 2:

Next up is a test fit so I can do final trimming on the donor piece.



Time to tack it in place.




Welding complete.



After welding was completed I covered the weld seam with 3M brush on seam sealer. Great stuff. Nice and thick like the factory stuff.

In this picture you can see the port for the heater duct box. This is the reason I kept the corner of the original pan. It would have been to hard to get back in there with seam sealer.





Last step. Coat the pan with some POR-15.
