Looking to restore my Carrera 84 targa top? Leakage problems.... Suggestion pls

I have leakage through both windows and rear seal.... Will seal replacement do it? Or is there a more effective alternative of complete restoration?
Pls advise South Florida weather is killing me.

Replacing the targa top seals and the seals on the car body should cure the leaks,just have a professional install them,more to it than one would think.Have tried the install myself and didn't do very well.
