Panel bonding adhesive?

Can anyone recommend a good panel bonding adhesive? Bonding fiberglass to factory steel, will be finished with bondo and painted. Thanks!

Hi ...3M 08274 is a excellent product for what you want to do.
Description
A high performance two component epoxy adhesive with excellent sag resistance. Used to bond SMC and FRP (traditional fiberglass) body panels to each other and to metal frames. 3M™ Automix™ Truck Line SMC/Fiberglass Adhesive - PN08282, 3M™ Automix™ Mixing Nozzle - PN081933M 08116 panel adhesive:

Or 3M 08116 Automix™ Panel Bonding Adhesive,
Description
Two-part epoxy used to bond steel, aluminum, SMC, and FRP (traditional fiberglass). The primary use is to replace quarter panels, roofs, box sides, van sides, utility vehicle sides and door skins. Meets GM 6449G & Chrysler MS-CD 507.

Both are very excellent products - A bit expensive and you will also need a cartridge gun that takes two as it mixes the product as it comes out.

flat raters dream

my fave is still 08115 is you have the time for the cure. sticks to anything, can glue on sheet metal tabs for pulling, fantastic for plastic bumper repairs, and great seam corrosion protection.

Hi...Thanks for the info!...I have even used their seam sealer to repair a tea cup handle much to the delight of my wife - I have found that over the years their products in general are just plain amazing but then that is what 3M is about - Innovation.

Some years ago at one of 'Lordco Part's annual suppliers shows - after watching a a few demo's - I was also won over on their Perfect-IT line of compound/polish system...It was more or less twice as fast with better results than another very well know companies system. Can't say enough about them...

Take care
