timing w/ an -022 dizzy

I have an -022 dizzy on a '61B motor. I have set the static timing at TDC, but I am seeing close to 37 degrees at 3400rpm. Does this sound correct? It doesn't ping, and it pulls well off of idle. Thoughts?

I have word that the distributor was rebuilt by Glenn Ring around 2008.

30 to 35 @ 3000 rpm is what I set all my timing at. I would have the distributor looked at - or set the timing at 33 @3000 rpm and adjust the carbs to get a 900 rpm idle.
