356 rotisserie for sale

For sale, Gary Emory 356 rotisserie.

Bought new from Gary Emory’s shop in the early 1990s. Welded steel tube construction. I have worked on two cars using this rig, and it works exactly as intended. Work below your car, or roll it on its side or upside down. Move your project around the shop on its casters. Bolts together with just six bolts. Attaches to car at rear transmission hoop pickups and front sway bar mount pads.

I’ve priced the current cost of the carbon steel tubing needed to replicate this frame – mostly 1 ½” square, 1/8” wall – and I come up with just under $500. Add the casters and the considerable labor of cutting, welding, threading… There are several days worth of labor in this. So my price is $500. This is BIG. You’re going to need a good-sized truck to haul it away. The three long bars are 97” long. The height of each end frame, or hoop, is 73”, and the width 85 ½”.

Inspect or pick up in Costa Mesa, CA, near the OC Fairgrounds. Pete, at (714) 914-0126 PLALBRECHT@aol.com
