Jay has sent me a PM telleing me to f**k off. Someone else want to tell this chap that Convertable D's are fast approaching the upper regions of 5 figures?

Somehow the propects of someone trading one for a coupe w/o 25-30K added in seem bleek to me. Anyway, Jay, sorry that you can't handle a little "sarcasm." What you don't know is that I've been looking around for a roadster for about a year. I was offered a total wreck with no motor/trans, front suspension or top bows for 15K. The guy had paid 11,000 recently for the car to make an outlaw and changed his mind when he found out it was gonna cost him about 75K.

BTW, you won't get much action around here telling people to "**** off."

Sorry

I left my computer open to my 16 year old son and replied to this post with the profanity. He is no longer allowed to use any computer in this household. He thought he was being funny. He was up late with two of his friends. I sincerley apologize for his profanity.

Best thing is to register on the 356-talk list from www.356registry.org

And be quick when/if a D project appears for sale... There just ain't no deals on open top 356s anymore... Even rust buckets fetch 30+
