engine parts ID help

Getting some parts cleaned for my 911 at a local shop and the owner says he has some old 4 cylinder Porch parts. I took some pics of 2 case halves. 3 heads, some rods and bearings. All the parts have VW part numbers so I'm not sure if they are 914, 356 or just VW. I'll try n post some pix for help IDing.

All VW, not Porsche.

The case looks like a Type IV case, which was used in 914s and 912Es as well as Buses and 411s/412s. Check for a serial number in front of the oil breather on top of the case ("front" meaning the fan end, not the flywheel end) or on a boss on the right-rear quarter of the top of the case (again, "right" and "rear" meaning as in the 914 orientation, with the fan in front and the flywheel toward the rear).

The head is a Type IV head. I can't tell if the final character is "G" or "Q", but it is either a 1.7 or a 1.8 head. Google up the part number for more detail.

Dunno about the crank. I'd guess is that it's a 1.7/1.8 crank with a 66mm stroke.
