Weber carbs
Anyone have any input regarding the setup using webers (40's) for my 356 SC. Jets, emulsion tubes, air mixture, etc... Thx. Hipdoc

Here are a coupe links to the 356 Registry site and Weber set ups. You may have to cull through the 356talk to find more info that will help. You will need a Synchrometer to measure air flow. I have found that changing to F7 Emulsion tubes is the first place to start. Change everything else after that. Tomlinson's Weber book has a great tuning and troubleshooting guide. Good luck. Be aware that the adapter for the manifold will get in the way of the #3 spark plug - on my 65 C coupe w/ weber 44s I have to drop the engine to get the #3 plug ... not much of an issue, but you should be aware of it.
