356B dash warning lights

I got myself a 356B t5, and I am spending some time doing some small projects, getting the car ready for summer.

About the Warning lights in the combination gauger. I see 2 red ones (the outer) and 2 green one the inner .

One of the green ones are a oil pressure light, and i goes out after start up
One of the red ones are is the generator warning light, and it also goes out just above idle rpms.
The red one on the window site of the gauger goes on as I put the lights on? Is that correct. I am not sure if its a warning that the car does not charge, or a simple light that reminds you that he lights are one.
The second green one does nothing?

How are these lights supposed to be configured?

Best regards, Lars

A red light is supposed to come on with the parking brake. A green light is supposed to come on with the park lights or headlights but it is in the tach. I think the 4th light (green) doesn't light in the combo gauge.

If I understand you correctly:

Red: Generator
Red: Parkingbrake
Green: Oil pressure
Green: Lights on.

So the bulbs could just be switched in my causing a red light with the lights on.
Is there a pivture of the diffenrent wires avalible?

According to this website and the officially labelled Porsche 356B dashboard diagrams it seems to be:

Oil Temperature Gauge (combined instrument):

Left: Generator indicator lamp (red)
Right: Oil pressure control light (green)

Tachometer:

Left: Parking light indicator light (green)
Right: High beam indicator light (blue)

Little Known Facts........

You have a C gauge in your T5. Your gauge should only have one green (oil pressure) and one red (generator). Both bulb holders will have 2 terminals on the back.
