Oily moisture from exhaust??
Every time I start the car after it has been sitting for a while, an oily spray comes out of the exhaust. And by a while, I dont mean months, the car gets driven almost weekly.
The engine runs pretty well and has ~2% leakdown. I am thinking some oil gets past the rings and puddles in the cylinder? Should I be worried? From this morning, after about 2 weeks of sitting: ![]()

It is oil ? sure it isn't condensation ?
If it was an issue with rings (oil control) the car would smoke under throttle, any sign of that?. You may well have good compression but not good oil control ,I owned a 1300 beetle many moons ago which had the same issue. Have you looked @ your plugs for oil deposits? Good luck.

I am not really sure what it is. Definitely blackish. 11 hours later and still a stain on the driveway.

I wouldn't worry about it. Mine does it too... pretty normal I'd say; however, only just immediately after crank - cold - and for few seconds.
