Wideband 4.9 lambda afr setting

Have just installed a plx wideband bluetooth.
Very easy to install and works great, you can custom setup the colors on your phone😀
My question is, can you adjust the AFR, i have a idea that the lamba is trying to set the AFR at 14,7 all time except when you have WOT? When idle and crusing 1500-3000 rpm i read 14,4-14,9 AFR all the time only when WOT it drops to 12-13AFR?

You are correct in that when the system is operating in closed loop, it is trying to achieve 14.7.

14.7 is optimum mixture.

You do want WOT and high power production to be bit richer just to be safe.

Dicklague.
But how du i adjust WOT, or is it even possible?

what year and model are you working on? yes there are methods of adjusting WOT mixture but it varies depending on what type of system you are running.

1980 sc lamba original system.

1980 has the simplest (dumbest) lambda system, there is no modifying it. It doesn't have the idle and WOT switches that the 81-83 has.

Best option is to disconnect the O2 sensor from the harness which defaults it to an open loop.
