964 under tray p/n's for C4 and C2?

This goes back to thread I posted last week about a guy that needs an under tray for a 1990 C4 p/n 964 119 023 04 and I have a 1991 C2 one available with p/n 946 119 023 03. How likely is it that they are the same part? OR would the -03 p/n fit on the C4? Hmmm? my guess is NOBODY knows this much about undr trays, but any help would be appreciated!
