What have we broken on the site now: Remembered login

Two things...
- Twice inside the last 24 hours I've come back to my computer, clicked on a link on an open Pelican page and had the page come up topped with the message saying 'limited functionality because I'm not logged in'. I have "Remember me" checked and the function has worked correctly on this computer for years unless I clear cookies.
- After I login (and I again check the "Remember me" box) it shows the page confirming that you will be logged in and will be auto redirected. But when it redirects it goes to the list of all forums instead of the thread that I logged in from. I log in from enough devices that I know the auto-redirect worked correctly before.

(BTW - One thing has started working! My unread PM count has finally cleared so it is accurate!)

i think it may be your computer. i've had no trouble in the last 24 hours across 3 different machines using 3 different networks.

have you tried just restarting your machine to see if that alleviates your symptoms?
best of luck getting it sorted.

If you are using Ccleaner, make sure to exclude Pelican Parts from your purge.

Another "change"

The ability to post photos directly from my PC appears to have gone the way of the Dodo bird! The only thing in the overhead now requires posting a URL. Unless I'm mistaken, this requires using a hosting site. Too much trouble, I guess I'm thru posting pictures here! I might even abandon the site altogether! Bad change!
