Eibach swaybar kit surprise

I received my kit after a small 2 month backorder wait last week. Decided to open and to my surprise they now provide both front and rear end links in the kit. This wasn’t listed anywhere in the descriptions that I saw and figured people would like to know a bit more is included than what was originally posted here earlier this year and late last year.

Shot of rear and front links.

Guess what I’ll be doing this weekend!

Yes they were ordered from our host back in June, there was a long back order as they weren’t delivered until the first of Aug.

a "kit" indicates the drops should be included IMO. sourcing one off drop links for any ARB's would likely be prohibited, if not impossible to do effectively..

you don't declare your car, but a heavy(ish) 911 with torqued down rear bars can tear the mount loose from the body. there are a number of threads where guys have fabbed & welded a gusset to the OE mount to fortify it. if you look around there are a number of after market mounts that can be welded on after removing the sheet metal originals. I used the wevos after I tore mine off during developing my racecar.

I emailed to see if the rear kit contained the drop links now or not. I wrestled with the upgrade, but would definitely jump if links were included.

Well my kit included both front and rear and I assumed that this is a change in the kit. I have not seen any references from others.

By the way the directions are horrible, pictures so dark they are practically useless and they list the links max length of 80mm but when fully screwed in they were barely 79mm long from center eyelet to center eyelet. I ended up doing 5 1/2 turns out from full tight to give myself room in either direction. And up front I changed the bolt orientation on the bar so the bolt head was near the fender to give me a little bit more clearance. And had to use the factory sway bar bracket as the supplied seem too larger and odd angle that interfered with the belly pan.
