Reusing axles on 930-gearbox SC-installation?

A question:

We are going to re-use sway-arms on SC despite having 930 gearbox installed instead of 915, so it's only question of length and diameter. (yeah, we know SC-axles are somewhat weaker)

Is 930 diff-housing as wide as 915 and do SC-axle splines fit into it?

Thanx a bunch!

P.S. Any other dimensional oddities with 930 gearbox in SC? It should fit right in, right? :)

930 stub axles are the same as the ones in a late model 915 and G50, So if you car is after a certian date (not sure of the date) and has the sealed CVs like the G50 had, the CVs and stub axles will match. If you have a 915 out of a car where you need the gaskets, you are SOL.

you can also put 930 stub axles into a 915, so I would guess you can go the other way, 915 stub axles into 930, and use the ones which require the gaskets if that is the kind of CV you have.
