Fuel pressure regulator line

Anyone come up with an alternative fuel pressure regulator line, such as the one on my '87 ?

I cant bring myself to spend $200 on this 2" hose. Certainly there is an alternative.

(i've had the rest of my mines reproduced in SS, but he was not able to recreate this short hose)

Yeah, kinda sucks why this is so expensive because of the bend.

My buddy refused to pay this much so we had Hose King crimp the original fitment to an extra long hose and put a loop to allow fuel to flow properly, seems to be working fine. Trying to place a similar length and force bend in it appears to be restrictive not to mention severe stress on the crimp of the line.

Other alternative is to find a same ID/OD injector hose with a bend. FLAPS will allow you to search the back for formed hoses then take that to the hose maker???

That's what i had my guy do that recreated my SS lines. We made the line longer in hopes of putting a loop in it. It may work for me but will be tight. I may have to make it longer for a more relaxed loop.

Was hoping for a better solution.

Will go with this unless my loop fouls on the trans or other bits yet to be installed.
