Boost controller

Can anybody recommend a boost controller that would offer sequential operation for a twin turbo setup? I am using CIS, so the ECU controlled units are not feasible, and I really want a unit that can stand alone. The HKS EVC IV has been recommended, but I don't think it has the capability to control two electronic valve controllers, maybe it does? How about the Blitz units? I am not sure about their quality and ease of operation and setup. If this helps...I am going to a twin K16 setup with twin independent intercoolers, based upon a 996 TT exhaust. Phase one will keep stock CIS (Euro based), phase two will be a bit more extreme with a Carrera manifold and TECIII setup. Any advice.
