High beam indicator weirdness

I need help from the electrical gurus on here.

On my 911 from 79, the blue high beam indicator is ON when I am on low beams, and OFF when I turn the high beams on.

Is my indicator stalk switch to be suspected?

Check the white/blue wire is on the correct fuse set (pair) at the front fuse panel. (Top white wire)
Maybe it got moved to the low beam set (pair) of fuses somehow?(top yellow wire)
It should be on the bottom of fuse 8 (with a blue wire) counting back from the headlight.

Just checked. It‘s on the right fuse. Would have been too easy.

I had similar problem a few years ago. Can’t remember the details but involved the high beams on when they shouldn’t be. I replaced the stalk and everything was fine again
