Bride Racing seats

What are your thoughts on Bride Racing seats. I currently have sparco Milano seats and in the mood for something different.

I am not interested in bucket seats.

You'll make a lot of people angry putting Japanese seats into a classic Porsche. So yeah, do that.

x2 on the fakes. Lots out there. Most of their designs prioritize a low seat base height which is nice in a 911 as we don't get much headroom.

Agree on not belonging in a classic 911. Those seats are way too boy racer for my taste.
But they do look to be well made and a low seat base is a plus if the driver is on the taller side.

Word to the wise - it is NOT ok to use the adjective "ricey" or any variation of it as a descriptor because it is an offensive and racist term to someone of Asian descent such as myself.

There is no place for that on these boards or anywhere else.

@Zarl911 - to each their own. If you wanna put in Bride seats, do it. Nevermind what anyone else says - it's your car and you're driving it.

Recaro seats are also considered JDM. Recaro seats seemed to be oem in several Japanese cars and non Porsche vehicles as well. I don't care if people get angry if i show up with bride seats.

Those seats look OK, IMO. Might be comfortable as well. You should sit in one to find out. I hate the logo, though.

The problem is there is NO way to attach or use a SUB BELT. So as long as you are not taking it to a track where they will do a tech inspection, you will be OK.
