3.2 Carrera PCV Valve Grommet

Hi everyone, I noticed the grommet/boot that goes around this valve at the oil tank has some pretty bad cracks in it. Does anyone know what it’s called or where I could source a new one? Can’t seem to find it anywhere. Thanks!

Unfortunately I believe that molded adapter hose is no longer available. I recall some guys on the forum creating their own adapters. Their hoses cracked open entirely so they had to cobble something together to eliminate the air leak.

John Walker made a great suggestion of using heat shrink tubing to repair the cracked adapter hose

PCV 3.2 Does she need it or TEMINATE? How?

BMW uses a similar piece, I used a copper reducer from the plumbing section at Home Depot with the 2 sizes of hose and clamps

I had luck using larger diameter heat shrink around that rubber part. 8 years or so and holding up fine!

Thank you everyone for the input! 930-207-243-01-M100 seems to be the right part I'm looking for. I also found this pcv valve for gm cars that might've done the trick with less adapting but with that part number I'll probably just get the new sleeve. Thank you again!
