Johnny Lightning Diecast of my 911 now available!
Well it's finally out, in a fine dic. department store near you. THe Johnny Lightning "Chris Streit's 1982 Porsche 911 Turbo"!
This has definitely got to be a dream come true for me. Who'da thunk when I was burying those matchbox cars in the sand 25 years ago that some day I'd have my OWN 1/64 scale toy car. Here are some shots.    You may recognize the picture on the trading card (which bears my name,  ) from a shot I posted a while back! I'm trying to get a number of them... At the risk of being overbearing, I'd be happy to sign one for anyone out there in PelicanLand!

Famous! And I think your attached pictures may have led to the server melt down
 Now I can tell my kids I rode in that car. It's a bit cramped in the thing though

Awesome! It looks like the picture was mirror-flipped. Did they fix the backwards "turbo" script, refelctor lettering and steering wheel/mirror location for the card?

Wow!! I caught this thread by chance while it's still new. You posted about an hour ago eh, Chris?
I must say: Souk, Keith and I were one of the first who were lucky enough to see his new 1/64 scale "Chris Streit's 1982 Porsche 911 Turbo" in person!! Congrats, Chris! Where can I buy one from again?? A.A.

Chris, I just couldn't resist! Maybe a little bit jealous, more likely I'm just damn jealous but I'll be keeping an eye out for my copy here in Central Texas! Hope they don't forget us out in the boonies, if they do I'll get in line for one of the signed originals from the man!!

Last week I was looking for this car. I'm a 1/43 kind of guy, but this is one 1/64 that I MUST have! Glad to know that it's finally available. Thanks.

If they'd do one of the race car, JL could sell the two as a set. Need to start selling the idea to JL, Chris. Even better, they can do one of the two vehicle and provide a trailer for the race car.
This could get out of hand, and before you know it we'd have to pay royalty after speaking his name.
