WHere to temp mount Hellas on racecar?

I did a search on "Hella" trying to find a place to mount these hella lights temporarily on the racecar while I break in the motor on the street...

UNFORTUNATELY I got 300 threads of people using "Hella Sweet, and "Hella that"...

SO, can you guys post some pictures of Hella lights mounted to early 911's. I don't have fog grills, so that's outta the question right now.

I'd rather not drill through my hood, but I think it would look quite cool....

Chris,

What I have in my car is a steel bracket which is wedged through the gap between the fender and the bumper. The bracket is made out of 3/16 steel and is twisted 90 degrees (to make it parallel to the frame). It is atached with 2 bolts that go thruthe frame into the front compartment.

I also drilled an additional hole to run the wires to them. If they are temporary, you can just run the wires on the gap of the front lid.

Hope that helps. I don;t have my car at home so I cant take some pics. Sorry, Juan

Got Your Snow Shoes On?

Any one of the rally car arrangements in the above topic would look hella sweet, hella good, hella *****in', hella..............

Other side done. Not perfect, but good enough to make the car road worthy for engine break in. "Yes officer, those ARE my headlights."

You can borrow my Michelin Arctic Alpins and maybe you can make the last SCCA rally race of the season before the snow melts.
