Any one got any tips on changing gearbox shift rod oil seal while engine and box in car |

Look it up, there are many posts. Although much easier with engine out. Essentially, you jack the front of the car way up to discourage oil drain out, and perform the seal removal via one of the many methods of seal removal. Pick, wood screw etc.
