Aftermarket power windows question

Confirming these are aftermarket power windows, and can I simply remove motor/gear/brackets/wire; install a crank and be good to go?

Thanks for the help.

Yup, but sometimes the installer cut the stubby where the crank attaches too. If they are uncut, remove all the parts from the aftermarket system and source a pair of manual cranks.
