1970 911E tire recommendations
Hey guys, in almost finished restoring my Signal Orange 911E coupe. I have four deep 6 Fuchs. Original tire size was 185/70/15. What tires do you recommend, and any thoughts on going a different tire size on the rears without switching to 7's? Thx, Dan

Hey Dan - is this going to be just daily or are you planning on tracking as well? General tire options or period correct?

Won't be tracked. Just looking for something that will look good as well as handle decent. Thoughts on wider rears as well...

Stiff sidewalls is #1 rquirement or it will handle like crap. Go to the tire store and compare several by grabbing the bead and working the sidewall with your thumbs.
