EFI to 2.4T, some questions
I have been thinking (for long time) of converting my 2.4T to EFI. I know the engine might not be worthy, but i wanna see how it works, since my carbs work pretty badly now.
But couple of questions, may sound stupid but here goes: Ok, carburators have these air correction jets and such, to give the engine right amount of fuel and air. How does it work with EFI since all you basically need is throttle body, intake runners, fuel injectors and megasquirt or such? Does it matter what size throttle body is? Also wondering what size injectors I would need? Ah, yes, what should I pay for CIS intake runners? Thanks.

I know :P Meqasquirter or something else, I just wanna know if it matters how big the throttle opening is. I already ordered CIS intake runners which were originally for 2.7 liter engine. 80$.
Bolt spacing is ok, but they differ in pipe diameter. Now, I have to find correct injectors and correct throttle body for this setup, after that I start thinking which ECU i need. Suggestions please ![]()
