Borrow CIS Gauges in SF Bay Area?

Is there anyone out there in the San Francisco Area (City and north preferable) with a set of CIS pressure gauges they are willing to loan for a weekend?

I have a very consistent long-cranking cold start issue (5-10 seconds of cranking before start) on a fully-rebuilt engine that otherwise runs and starts perfectly.

I would also be interested in a gas analyzer if anyone has one, or a recommendation for a shop that can set a CIS mixture at reasonable cost.
