I think your right, I found the PN in a PET as -76 Carrera 3.0. But those never made it to the US and they wouldn't be MPH, right?
Cool, my beater Targa is part 930 Turbo ![]() ![]() Edit - Just realized the UK still uses MPH, who would have thunk ![]()

Dunno the answer because I don’t know if Carrera 3.0s were sold in the UK. If so, didn’t they have MPH speedos?

I assumed all the turbos got either 180MPH or 300 KM/H speedos depending on market, and the combo MPH/KMH gauge later on - but PET says I'm wrong, ho hum... Guess I should check the part # on my 180 MPH speedo...
As Ivan said, 911.641.534.00 is in PET for both US and RoW 1975-1976 Turbos, and also correct for -76 3.0 Carreras (RoW). There's a different part # (930.641.506.00) for a 180MPH speedo w/ 50-section tires. The 1974-77 US 2.7 Carrera also got a 180 MPH speedo - 911.641.506.00 It looks like RoW PET for later cars shows 250 KM/H for SCs, 300 KM/H for 930, a 150 MPH (930.641.508.00) for 930 -79, and a combo 170MPH/270 KM/H (930.641.508.00) for 1980-on. Yup, same part # for two different instruments - neither of which is 180MPH... 1989 RoW PET still gives the same # 930.641.508.00 for the combo, with an annotation "(GB)(HK)", but US PET gives 911.641.517.00 for the combo 1980-1989, with no differentiation for 930/911. Weird...
