Replacement Interior Door Panel with PVC Backing

I'm thinking about purchasing these replacement door panels for my 911:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/192982456369?_trkparms=amclksrc%3DITM%26aid%3D1110 006%26algo%3DHOMESPLICE.SIM%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20140 131123730%26meid%3Db0c63c874a8b46c99f4a2c28d965ae9 5%26pid%3D100167%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D15%26sd%3D273770 903435%26itm%3D192982456369%26pmt%3D0%26noa%3D1%26 pg%3D5411%26algv%3DDefaultOrganic&_trksid=p5411.c100167.m2940

Looks like good quality and the price seems fair. Does anyone have any experience with these panels from this seller? Any tips on cleanly cutting the vinyl for the lock, speaker, and window switch cutouts? That's the part I'm most apprehensive about. The last thing I want to do is ruin the vinyl.

I pulled the trigger and bought these. I will post an update about my experience with them. Any tips on cutting the holes for the speaker, window switch, and lock would be appreciated.

When you pull the old ones off, you will see how the cuts were made.

I second timmy2 and also suggest checking out YouTube. I’ve found it to be a valuable resource when attacking projects. Beyond that, measure twice, cut once. I’ll add cut small as you can always extend your cuts. Cutting a small “x” for the aforementioned cutouts allows you to fold the material flaps over the edges of the backer to affix to the backside of the panel. The round cutouts seem to be done similarly, but with multiple reliefs at the edges to better follow the radius.

Below is a thread I did on redoing the door panels cheaply if the leather/vinyl is still in good shape. I purchase a sheet of hardboard from Home Depot and used the old board for the template.
