Zandor 3.2 chip 28 pin questions??

Kind of a mystery to me came with a bunch of 3.2 parts I got many years ago. Label on 28 pin chip is not in very clear condition just says zandor 3.2 and 200 higher rev ??? Another number I can’t make out and that’s it really not sure but I read on another forum that it may have been a knockoff if Steve Wong chip but not a lot of info on this zandor chip any help would be appreciated thanks and please pm me as I don’t check back here often
