I need help. Wedge bolts out and as usual, the castellated nuts are not moving. What is the proper technique for using a dremel on this.
I've cut one almost all the way through on two sides but can't get it all becuase the a-arm is in the way and I don't want to cut it. I've tried the chisel but I must not be doing it right. Should I keep trying to cut it through and wht is the technique for the chisel? Thanks. Dave This is actually easier than I thought....so far.

Do you have room to hack saw it off? In situations like that, I use a little handle that holds a standard hack saw blade (not the full sized bow).

or maybe if your almost all the way thru, try using a big socket and try shearing the nut off...maybe itll just come right off...

Dave,
HAve you tried using the Carbide tip that looks like a milling tool (not a wheel). You should be able to weaken the nut cut cutting in several spots to cause it to chip out.
