Correct double sided tape / glue
What is the correct product/ produts to reattach dash pieces to the metal dash on a 74?.
It looks like glove box door and radio center section are attached using thin double sided tape. Side pieces that hold airvents appear to be cement (glue). Thanks for your help |

My original pieces were attached with two think strips of what look like double sticky tape. Any recommend a replacement tape product?

I use 3M Badge adhesive for things like this.

3M trim tape works really well on everything else.
I've never seen the trim attached with 2 sided tape but if it works, why not |

Bumping my original post as I am finally getting to the glove box door.
Is the OEM method glue? Will the 3m adhesive be strong enough to keep the glove box panel from curling away from the metal backing? |
