1978 911SC engine pictures
I took a lot of pictures of my 911 engine as I removed the CIS, fuel lines and vacuum lines. My camera died so I lost all the pics. Does anyone have pics that you could send me of your 3.0 engine with the CIS system. Thanks

You could use the search function to look for discussions of CIS - there are lots of them. Some have pictures. Find your way to Jim Williams Garage or Jim Williams CIS - he's got all sorts of info (way more than you need just to figure out what goes where)which can also help you, especially things like I think this goes over here, but what does it do.
When you get stuck, revive your camera, take some pictures of what puzzles you, and ask for specific help based on those. Lots of guys have done just that. |

I rebuilt my CIS a couple years back. Here is a gallery of a ton of pics I took in the process. Mine is a 1979 CA car, so there may be some small emissions differences with yours.

Sure, no reason others can’t use these pics but I will need to recapture the space at some point. How about I put them up until the end of May 2019, after which they will be gone, so download what you want before then.
