Newbie to the forum from the Philippines
Hi there! I've been browsing this forum for a couple of months and decided to sign up just last week. Also just found out that it was obligatory to introduce ourselves and our cars.
I've been a Porsche fan for about a decade now and found this forum to be of great help. Plus, the people here seem very generous to help and give advice.  This was my first Porsche I acquired exactly 10 years ago, a 1974 911s. Since then I've slowly been trying to put a modest collection of Porsches. |

Wow, looks like two nice cars in the Philippines. I'm hoping to get out that way this summer, is there much good driving out there? I had diving and sightseeing in mind, never occurred to me that there could be car events to visit.

welcome jay! i am actually going to the Philippines this may for 2 weeks. I was born there but moved to the US as a young child. I always love going back, the food is great and so are the sights. Man i love the Philippines.

This is the best site you'll ever find for Porsche enthusiasts. It has been a long time since I went home to visit relatives and old friends. I've been told that a good mechanic could come to your house and work all day for less than $15.
FYI: Philippines is probably the only country in the world that allows airline passengers (International flight) to check-in two (2) 70 lbs. luggages excluding hand carried boxes. Speed limits are not observed or followed in the country. Tony (Pilipino) |
