1973 engine lid porsche decal

I have a 1974 engine lid on a 1973 911. looking for a "porsche" decal to take the place of the emblems. Black letters would be nice. I really don't want to drill and mount the letters at this point. I will replace the engine lid once I find a one.

My 85 just has the script "Carrera" on the engine lid. I hated with a passion trying to wax or even wash the logo area. I took it off with dental floss, and took the plastic logo to a sign shop. They scanned it, cleaned up the artwork, and printed me two vinyl versions. I just applied the sticker where the old logo was, and now it is so much easier to wash or wax the car.

Only the very observant fellow 911 owners have ever asked about it. For just a few feet away it is unnoticeable from the original plastic logo.

You could contact Carbone with what you want, they seem to be all things stickers etc. for our cars. Make very nice stuff, just takes a bit of time to get from Poland.
