Can someone decode VIN

Looking at buying this car and getting conflicting info. from internet and from Porsche. Can some someone help decode this VIN plate.

The "CA2" indicates that it's a USA Cabriolet with airbags, the "1" indicates that it's an RS America. The first "7" indicates the 3rd digit of the Porsche model - 997? What the heck is this sticker on?

2009 Boxster?

That seems to be correct!

"WPO" is not WP "O", it's WP "zero"...

I originally thought you were looking at a 911!

Called Porsche Service and got the answers I needed. COA stated this was a M97 engine car so I was double checking with VIN before purchase.
