				oil lines/sc/ssi conversion

O.K. I have the SSI's and a 2 in 1 out factory muffler for the conversion of the exhaust on my 83SC,now on to the oil lines,I know they have to be changed to a earlier style oil line,is the factory oil line the way to go or are custom lines best? What are you guys useing? And if factory lines are the way to go what year oil lines am I looking for that will work on my SC?And if custom lines is the way to go,what size lines and fittings are being used? Thanks in advance!

Aftermarket is definetly the way to go. Anyplace who sells exhaust will have one. (like B&B, GHL, etc) The factory line is a hard line, easliy dented or pinched, the others are a flexable braided line that you run up over the trans instead of around the back (front) of the motor.

I would only go the aftermarket route if there cheaper. I used the replacement OE ones and they fit like they were always there down to tab mounts.
