What size tire

Hey guys I have 11x16 rear wheels, I have rear turbo flares and wanted to know what size tire i can install on these wheels. I have 245/45/16 and they are stretched to fit does not look right.

I'm not sure but 245s are typically for 8" and 9" wheels so definitely way bigger than 245s!

We're running 315-35-17 on 10.5x17 wheels with Turbo flares - very close fit on fender and inside - but fits the wheels great . . . YRMV . . .

Them fit of a tire will depend on the wheel width and the ET, you lose room for the tire on the outside when the ET is too low and you lose room on the inside when the ET is too high.

the widest wheel a 245/45 x16 is spec'd for is a 9, you can stretch it onto a 9.5 but an 11 is a stretch too far.

There aren't a lot of wide 16 in tires, the only one I have in my dB is Pirelli P7 Corsa 315/40 x16, It's also uncomfortably tall and will be a real drag on performance unless you have a very potent motor.
