AC Condensor Fan issues
Hi all, my car is an ‘84... after replacing O-rings on my leaky compressor, new drier etc, the front condensor fan suddenly isn’t getting power. I added a dedicated fuse years ago to it, that fuse is good. And so is the main fuse. But here’s the deal: no power at the main fuse.
Any ideas? I checked the evaporator fuse as well. I’m at a loss! There is no hi or low switch for ‘84. I’m very confused. I touched nothing and the timing is quite odd. Last edited by Koizumi; 06-15-2019 at 11:52 AM.. |

There is a relay in the smugglers box. Maybe it’s bad, or a short in the wiring?

I checked the relay in the box. And its fuse. Both appear to be good. Weird mystery!

Oddly, it started working again. There must be a haphazard short somewhere btwn the panel round relay and the fan. Uuughh
