No power at rear heater fan / '79 SC
Hi guys:
My rear blower fan is nonfunctional. I'm not showing any power at my rear blower fan wires with car on/defrost "on". Fuses look good (unless I'm missing something). Electronics is not my strong suit and I'd appreciate any insight. Thanks.

There are contacts between the seats and a relay on the back relay board along with a fuse.

Did you pull up the heat levers by the hand brake? Closes the valves to bring heat to the front.
Check the fuses at the rear fuse panel? Swap out the round black relay for the horn relay from the front fuse panel. (assuming horn works)
