911sc help diagnose holes in the hood.

911sc, bought replacement hood. Previous owner drilled the pictured holes. Do not feel like repairing them just maybe buying whatever they were intended for... searched for good pins etc. But the locations of these holes is really to high for anything I have seen.

Please help

Hood mounted headlights would be my guess.

You have options...one would be to wrap the whole hood in vinyl, or just add stripes.
Or weld underneath, bondo and respray.

If you don’t want to install rally lights weld them up and you’ll be good to go.

Vinyl wrap can be cool, and will protect your hood. Here are examples, not SCs but you get the idea...

Bumperplugs dot com sells color matched plastic plugs to fill holes. No one will notice from 5 feet away.

My thought too (though vinyl could be cool). I didn't know you could get them in colors.

Among other things, those holes are the wrong place for hood pins, so they would look really weird.

If you really want to be cheap, get some fir tree plastic plugs and push them in. Paint if need be. Rubber plugs work too. I got an assortment for like $20 on amazon.

Or for a little more money you could have the very first Porsche with 3 hood crests .
