930 tranny in SC...questions

1979 SC is going to get 930 transmission for various reasons.

Unfortunately, 930 transmissions exist in two configurations:

75-77 (short) and 78-88 (long). We have secured few potential sellers of both types of transmissions and what bugs me is:

1. Is short 930 direct bolt-on? (I heard you need to modify transmission mount a little...)

2. What about CV's? I know 930 transmission uses bigger diameter CV's, but is it possible to reuse axles? (we are going to keep SC sway-arms)

Thanx!

P.S. (I understand that there are differencies between long and short tranny regarding engine-mounting holes and clutch setup)
