Which is the best way to remove old trans seal at nose-cone?

Which tool required to remove and to install new transmission seal at nose-cone of 75 9111s ? Transmission and engine already dropped from car, and they are separated. Thank you in advance for valuable info.

I just use small screw driver, place it between the seal and the selector shaft and pry it out. Be careful not to scratch the shaft or score the bore of the case. When reinstalling, put a little electrical tape over the locator screw hole for the shift coupler so a burr doesn't compromise the new seal, and a little 574 on the outside surface of the seal. I use a 3/4" piece of roll bar tubing about 8" long to tap it in. This can also be done fairly easily in the car.

I used a pic with a hook end, right-angle end

people do this with the unit in the car, so it should be easy for you
