Just found this part in my door, any ideas what it is?
I am in the process of reassembling my doors and was cycling the power window regulators up and down when I saw this piece laying in the bottom of the drivers side door. Any idea what it is and where it belongs? Jason

Ok thanks for the replies, looks like I will be pulling the regulator out today. PS my window will go up but not down, is that a related issue? Or is the motor most likely bad?
